Dowgate Capital Stockbrokers Limited specialises in providing corporate broking services to smaller companies quoted on the AIM and PLUS markets.

Over the years we have acted for numerous companies on their initial IPO’s and secondary fund raisings and have been particularly successful in raising equity finance of up to £3 million for corporate clients. We intend to build this capacity in the future via our City based Corporate Broking department.

Currently we are broker to around 50 Corporate Clients covering a wide range of sectors including for example retailing, minerals exploration and production, media, financial services, biotech etc. Please see Client List for a full list.

In the year to 31st December 2007, DCS completed 31 transactions for its corporate clients, raising a total of over £15 million of new capital. In addition, DCS raised a further £10 million of new capital for issues led by other brokers.

In the first 10 months of 2008, DCS led 13 transactions raising a total of £6.6 million of new capital for its corporate clients. Please see Recent Transactions for a full list.
